About Harbor Magnets

The best photos aren't always the perfect ones. They're the ones that bring you right back to a moment.

As a wife and mom of six children, life is wonderfully full. Between school events, family gatherings, work, sports, appointments, and everyday moments, I take far more photos than I ever have time to look through.

When my oldest daughter graduated from high school, I started searching through old photos to gather memories from her childhood. As I scrolled through years of pictures, I found myself smiling at moments I hadn't thought about in years—family vacations, birthday celebrations, messy kitchens, and ordinary afternoons that somehow became some of my favorite memories.

It reminded me of something simple: so many of our best memories are tucked away in our camera rolls, rarely seen again.

Like many people, the photos I did print often ended up in a box or envelope. But the photos that make me laugh, smile, or instantly remember a special moment deserve more than that.

That's what inspired Harbor Magnets.

I wanted a simple way to keep a few favorite memories where they could be enjoyed every day. Not every photo needs to be on display—but the special ones do. The picture that makes you smile every time you walk by. The vacation you never want to forget. The photo of a loved one that reminds you of them each day.

As a busy mom, I see my refrigerator every day. It's become a place for a small collection of favorite memories—photos that bring a little joy to ordinary moments and remind me what matters most.

One of my favorite parts of making these magnets is seeing those memories come back to life. A photo that's been buried on a phone for years suddenly becomes something you'll see and enjoy every day.
