Because custom photo magnets are made specifically for you using the photos you provide, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, photo selection, cropping, or other customer-provided customization.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made by Harbor Magnets, please contact us so we can make it right.
