Can I adjust my photo before ordering?

Yes! Our photo editor allows you to crop and position your image so you can preview how it will appear on your magnet.

 

How do I know if my photo will print clearly?

Most photos taken with modern smartphones work great. If your image appears blurry on your phone, it will likely appear blurry when printed as well.

 

What photos work best?

Photos with good lighting and subjects that aren't too far away tend to produce the best results. Family photos, pets, vacations, weddings, and special milestones are all great choices.

 

What types of photo files can I upload?

You can upload most common image formats, including:

• JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
• PNG (.png)
• HEIC (photos from many iPhones)
• TIFF (.tif, .tiff)

For the best results, we recommend uploading the original, highest-resolution version of your photo whenever possible.

 

How long until I receive my magnets?

Most orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.  Because every magnet is custom made to order, production times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
