Are envelopes included?

Yes. Each order includes an A2 envelope along with the card and magnet.

What kind of image should I upload?

For the best results, upload your final edited, high-resolution image. Because our magnets are square, we recommend uploading a square-ready image or leaving enough room for a square crop.

How Much Postage will I need?

Our cards are designed to fit inside an A2 envelope, which is included with your order. Because the finished keepsake is rigid and non-machinable, additional postage is typically required. We recommend confirming current USPS postage rates before mailing.

Can you mail them directly to my clients?


Yes. Direct-to-client mailing is available for larger orders or special projects. Contact me for details and a custom order.

Can I change the wording on the card?

Start with one of our pre-designed messages, then personalize your card with your studio name and signature. Need a small wording adjustment? Just let us know.



Do I need to crop my image?

Because our magnets are square (2.5" × 2.5"), we recommend uploading a square-ready image or leaving enough room around your subject for a square crop. If you'd like us to handle the crop, we'll do our best to preserve the focus of your image.

How long does production take?

Most photographer orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, please allow a little extra time.
